At Home with Modern Alchemy

Updated: Jun 5, 2020

In May 2020 Espa launched it's Modern Alchemy Collection.

This new collection not only comes in gorgeous packaging, but the new scents and the varying products make this Range unique and a must-have!

Our lovely therapist Jessica has taken one of the new products out for a spin! Have a read to find out what she did and what she thinks of the Grounding Crystals...

Jessica's Night In

"I love nothing more than having a nice, hot, relaxing bath. In isolation I have been taking more baths than normal because; one, I have time and two, I’ve also been doing more exercise and walks then normal. So I really wanted something to help me relax, take all the worries and stress away, but also energise me at the same time. Modern Alchemy Grounding Crystals smell amazing, so I ran a hot bath, lit my Restorative Candle and sprinkled the crystals in and let them dissolve. I love how it has petals in so it is like you're at a retreat. It reminded me of when I went travelling in Asia...

I laid in my bath for 20-30 mins inhaling and exhaling in every breath, I could feel my self relaxing more and more and my tired aching muscles easing. Also a Gin and Netflix helps too- obligatory bath ritual" (please see below)

"When I got out my skin felt soft and silky and I could still smell the crystals on my skin throughout the night and when I woke up in the morning I felt energised and ready for another day of isolation and a home work out"
